Induction Seal Liners (Cap Seals)

Induction Seal Liners are produced by combining different layers according to the properties of the product inside the container and are available in various versions depending on the area of use.

Induction Seal Liners are high strength foils that are placed inside a screw/snap-on plastic cap and seal to the container mouth without being touched by an induction process applied after filling.

It is produced in ready-cut form and dimensions according to the container and cap structure. Special printing can be done upon request.

Induction Seal Liners are used to seal all solid-liquid-powder product packages presented in a container for food and non-food products that need to be sealed until the end consumer uses them. These products are used for sealing, extending the shelf life of the product and consumer safety.

Glass and plastic (PET, PE, PP etc.) containers can be closed with these seals.

Induction Seal Liners” that provide sealing, are divided into two main groups according to the carrier material used

- Products with Cardboard
- Products with FOAM

Products with Cardboard

They are liners made up of different layers depending on where they will be used. They are products whose made with cardboard of different thicknesses to fill the gap between the screw cap and the container mouth and to ensure a healthy adhesion.

Products with FOAM

They are foils made up of different layers depending on where they will be used. They are products with foam to fill the gap between the screw cap and the container mouth and ensure a healthy adhesion.

One Layer Foils

They are one-layered liners whose cardboard and aluminum "DO NOT SEPARATE" from each other after the induction process.

Two Layers Foils

They are two-layered liners whose cardboard and aluminum are "SEPARATE" from each other after the induction process.

Foam Layered Aluminum Foils

They are multi-layered foils with very special production, and different cut shapes.

Hold and PEEL type Aluminum Foils

They are multi-layered foils that are produced in a very special way and have different opening methods.
